    Annel was referred to me by a friend/neighbor. My daughter who helped me with everything felt very comfortable and confident working with Annel. She was not pushy in any way and worked at my pace. I had some very specific (possibly unusual) requests in the selling of my home and Annel followed those requests to a tee. She was very professional, responded very quickly via phone calls or texts or emails to my daughter. This kept me up-to-date with every aspect of the sale which was really important since I could not physically be there. If a need or a request arose, Annel was ready to step in and accommodate the need. She has endless resources. She was definitely a God-send during this time of sale. My daughter and I were extremely pleased. This was a very important transaction and could have been very stressful; however Annel kept us calm and always reassured us that everything was under control and not to worry. She knows real estate and how it all works. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and never felt we couldn't approach her with any kind of question or need. She was very responsive. When I shared with family that I was ready to sell my home I was told selling a home in CA was darn near impossible because of pre and post Covid; that it would take many months to sell and I would not get a good price for my home. Also because I was not able to physically be there during the sale that made matters worse. Than we were referred to Annel. All I can say is Annel is great! She did for us what others said was impossible. My home was sold rather quickly and I received a super price (more than I expected) for my home. Family members said I got lucky. I say no... Annel was a God-send and I was blessed.
